By placing an order with Zelda’s Aromatics, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission, to place an order.
• Orders are shipped to the credit card holder’s billing address for security purposes.
• The price applicable is the price listed at the time the order is placed.
• Shipping costs and any payment processing fees are displayed before purchase confirmation.
• No business sales tax is applied where not required.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, . Secure payment processing is handled through established third-party gateways. Card information is transmitted via SSL encryption and is never stored on our servers.

Please review the terms of your selected payment provider, as they are responsible for processing transactions.

All personal information is processed on a secure network and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Product Use

Zelda’s sells fragrance oils for personal use and resale purposes. Customers are responsible for their own application, handling, and usage after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of body oils, products cannot be returned for scent preference, viscosity differences, or buyer’s remorse.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be sent back in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.

Force Majeure

Zelda’s Aromatics is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Amendments

Zelda’s reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

OILS FOR YOUR "OWN" BENEFITS AFTER PURCHASE OF YOUR OWN CHOICES as Zelda's just sells the oils and is not responsible for your choices of applications of your own use thereafter purchase.

RETURN REASONS:

Due to the nature of the business of body oils they can not be returned because misuse of contamination nor for remorse reasons such as smell or viscosity of products. Buyer pays shipping back as that would be for services paid for the shipping company not to Zelda’s. Refund for product in after recieved to back to us in original condition within 7 days.
